Sawyer Hill Cohousing enters Permitting Phase

Mosaic Commons and Camelot Cohousing are a group of people from the Boston, MA area that are developing two 40B cohousing communities side by side. They have purchased land in Berlin MA. If the permitting process goes well, We hope they will break ground in 2007. Units are still available in both communities.
